What if I send USDT on the wrong network?
When you buy, we send USDT on BEP20 or Polygon, so use a wallet address on the network you picked. When you sell, you can send on BEP20, Polygon, TRC20, Solana or ERC20, but only on the network you picked. Funds sent on another network, or another coin, may be lost for good. That's why the bot asks you to confirm the network before it shows an address. Sending on Ethereum (ERC20) costs more in network gas; BEP20 or TRC20 are much cheaper.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Send exactly the amount shown. Payments that don't match can be rejected or held for review, which delays your order. If that happens, our team will contact you.
Can someone else pay for me?
No. Pay from a bank account in your own name. Payments from other people's accounts are refunded.
